About the role
- Internal resource and third-party coordination for project execution
- Lead team in project requirements analysis and work estimation
- Propose solutions based on Business Process understanding
- Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders
- Track project progress with detailed project plans
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance with appropriate tools
- Report and escalate project status to management
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
Requirements
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
- Lead project analysis including scoping, discovery meetings, and work estimation
- Understand Business Process/Function to propose needed solutions
- Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholder involvement
- Ensure technical feasibility of projects
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques for managing project changes
- Measure project performance using relevant tools
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Establish relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain project documentation including Business Requirements Documents
