About the role
- Lead searches across multiple high-growth startups via a centralized recruiting platform.
- Manage outbound sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Submit candidates through a centralized recruiting platform used across Olympia’s client network.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate journey while managing multiple open requisitions.
- Work closely with Olympia’s internal team to understand client expectations, role priorities, and submission strategies.
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring outcomes via the platform.
- Operate in a high-output, self-managed environment and align on quality and delivery expectations.
- Opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for engineering and product roles in startups or tech-focused companies.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple open roles, candidates, and clients simultaneously (high-volume, high-velocity).
- Familiarity with scheduling, sourcing, and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Slack).
- Thrives in fast-paced, self-managed environments; excellent time and pipeline management skills.
- Experience with venture-backed startups (Seed to Series C) (Preferred).
- Background in agency, contingency, or RPO-style recruiting (Preferred).
- Comfortable working in a 100% placement-based model with no base salary; success directly tied to execution (Preferred).
- Experience working through centralized recruiting platforms or VMS marketplaces.
- Ability to drive alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including asynchronous workflows.
