  • Company manages employees and contractors for Fortune 500s and startups (e.g., Microsoft, Mastercard, ZocDoc, BCG, WHO, TransferGo).
  • Small, growing team (~150+) focused on building a world-class platform and service.
  • Senior Account Executive role: find leads and close sales deals with new and existing prospects.
  • Focused on driving new business with outbound activity and working with SDR, partnerships, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Target accounts thoughtfully and refine target account profile with SDR and marketing teams.
  • Present demos, take a consultative approach, and close accounts at high velocity.
  • Track and report progress using the company CRM and provide feedback to improve the sales process and tech stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role.
  • Experience selling HR or FinTech software; previous EOR experience is a strong plus.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment, working on complex deals, and overachieving/surpassing KPIs.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Be well organized, structured, and a driven hunter; comfortable selling with any available tools.
  • Excellent English.
  • Clear communication and strategic thinking.
  • Time management and ability to structure your workday.
  • Collaboration and ability to work with distributed teams.
  • Independence, autonomy, and initiative.
  • Empathy and strong people skills.
  • Motivation and a desire to consistently exceed quota.
