Account Executive

• You will be focused on driving new business. While there will be SDR, partnership, and marketing-generated leads, you will still be expected to drive outbound activity.
• Take a thoughtful approach to which companies you are targeting and how you are positioning the benefit of RemoFirst - engage with the SDR team and marketing team to continue to refine the target account profile.
• Present a demo and take a consultative approach as to the benefits of RemoFirst for the prospect.
• Close accounts at a high velocity.
• Track and report on progress leveraging the company’s CRM.
• Be a team player - provide feedback on ways to improve the sales process, including sales tech stack, etc.

Business Development Rep

• Lead and develop an existing team of SDRs with clear standards around quality, output, and accountability
• Design and continuously improve outbound GTM systems using tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, and enrichment providers
• Build scalable outbound playbooks that balance volume with precision
• Define ICPs, segmentation logic, account scoring, and trigger-based outreach
• Own outbound sequencing strategy across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Set clear quality benchmarks for targeting, messaging, and follow-up
• Partner closely with Marketing to ensure outbound complements a strong inbound flow rather than competing with it
• Track and optimize funnel metrics from prospecting to meeting held to pipeline created
• Run experiments, document learnings, and turn what works into standard operating procedures
• Act as the escalation point for outbound performance issues and fix root causes, not symptoms

Business Development Manager – Outbound, GTM Systems

Manager

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Australia and New Zealand
• Build outbound pipeline through cold outreach, targeted account research, and business development
• Identify and close ICP accounts: startups, scaleups, and staffing firms hiring internationally
• Develop local market knowledge: compliance landscape, competitor positioning, pricing expectations
• Establish repeatable sales motion that can be scaled and replicated in other regions
• Partner with Marketing to test messaging, run campaigns, and optimize lead quality
• Explore channel partnerships with accountants, law firms, HR consultancies, and PEOs
• Report directly to Head of Sales with weekly pipeline reviews and strategic check-ins
• Build the case to hire SDRs by proving demand and demonstrating scalable pipeline creation

Recruitment

• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and niche job boards.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future requisitions, tracking metrics like response rates and pipeline conversion.
• Craft personalized outreach messages, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews while ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements, promote employer branding, and leverage employee referrals.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Lever), report on sourcing effectiveness, and contribute to process improvements.
