• Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to global mobility services, pricing structures, knowledge and vendor management.
• Source and benchmark global mobility offerings to enhance competitive positioning.

• Own the bridge between product, data, and operations; design scalable processes and define and manage metrics
• Define and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that measure product adoption, operational efficiency, and customer success

• Automate and optimize onboarding, payroll, compliance, and support workflows to ensure scalability across global markets

• Process high-volume transactions across 50 currencies and maintain accurate financial records
