  • Junior Educator Recruitment Associate role connecting paraprofessionals and substitute teachers with schools.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and match educators to roles.
  • Build value and excitement about Zen Educate’s mission with candidates.
  • Collaborate with recruiters on screening, document collection, and onboarding.
  • Help place educators into classrooms across the US and fill critical staffing needs.
  • Experiment with new tools and AI to improve recruitment processes.
  • Work hybrid: 3 days WFH and 2 days in-office in hub cities (Vancouver, Minneapolis, Chicago).
