About the role
- Learn and apply the company's sales process and set appointments for senior reps to run and close deals
- Once fully ramped, manage the full sales process from start to finish, using a consultative sales approach
- Conduct outbound cold calls (70-80 calls per day on average) to prospect small businesses and secure them as Olly Olly clients
- Present digital marketing and SaaS solutions tailored to business owners' specific needs
- 100% cold-calling role with zero account management responsibilities
- Participate in daily team meetings and weekly trainings to refine skills and exceed goals
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- An ability to adapt and align to our sales processes & scripting, and being coachable to get better at your craft
- Being accountable over yourself and your peers, such as being on time, sticking to process, and bringing your best every day
- A desire to exceed financial & personal goals, develop yourself further as a professional, and potentially grow into a leader in the organization
- Comfortable with 100% cold-calling and high-volume outbound calls (70-80 calls per day on average)
- Current, independent authorization to work in the United States and all I-9 required documentation (no visa sponsorship)
- Uncapped commission plan with monthly payout reflecting sales (as high as 170% of what you sell)
- Starting base salary of $45,000 paid weekly (performance can raise to $85,000 in as little as four months)
- Work/life balance with a set schedule of Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM EST
