About the role
- Location: Must be located in or near Boca Raton, and will be reporting into the Boca Raton Headquarters
- Reports to: Executive Vice President of New Client Acquisition
- Pre-Call Preparation: scrutinize CRM batch lists, research targeted contacts/accounts, study sales enablement materials, refine call scripts, and shadow top revenue earners
- Daily Calls: dial aggressively to speak to 80-100 decision-makers, employ consultative questioning, match infrastructure needs to products/services, calculate financial impact, move promising leads to technical specialists, and document call summaries
- Administration: enter detailed data for every contact/call into the CRM, send personalized email drips, provide daily/weekly activity reports, monitor campaign analytics and optimize KPIs, and continually enrich lead lists via research and inbound marketing interfaces
Requirements
- 1-3 years of high-volume outbound B2B cold-calling success
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
- Naturally curious - inclined to research accounts pre and post-call
- Growth mindset, coachability, and passion for career development
- Innate persistence, work ethic, and comfort making 120+ dials daily
- Affinity for analyzing account data to boost relevance
