About the role

  • Research, identify, and engage potential prospects through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in a CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and lead generation campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, booked meetings)
  • Participate in Huzzle's hiring process and be added to the talent pool for client matching

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
  • Ability to conduct high volume cold calls (80-100+)
  • Experienced with emails and LinkedIn - 30-40 personalised messages per day
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement tools
  • Resilient, motivated, and eager to grow in a sales career
