About the role
- Research, identify, and engage potential prospects through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and set appointments for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in a CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and lead generation campaigns
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, booked meetings)
- Participate in Huzzle's hiring process and be added to the talent pool for client matching
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
- Ability to conduct high volume cold calls (80-100+)
- Experienced with emails and LinkedIn - 30-40 personalised messages per day
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement tools
