Engineering Manager

• Build & maintain awesome tooling for data transformation, visualisation, and AI – combining the best of open source, SaaS, and in-house tech
• Establish a data architecture that enables easy discovery, cross-team working, and global reuse of data products – for technical and non-technical users
• Partner with data teams to scope & prioritise opportunities, and deliver solutions that have measurable business impact
• Foster a growing community of Analytics Engineers with training, documentation and collaboration
• Manage a multi-skilled team of 3 - 5 engineers, supporting their development and happiness

Engineering Manager – Analytics Platform

Accountant

• Drive Month-End Operations: Prepare the monthly divisional and consolidated management accounts for Supply Chain, including assisting in the calculation and review of the monthly Cost of Sales, ensuring accurate cost allocations for installed items.
• Manage Inventory Lifecycle: Manage inventory-related transactions (including purchases, allocations, returns, and write-offs), ensuring they are accurately reflected in the general ledger.
• Variance & Valuation Deep Dives: Oversee the day-to-day reconciliation of stock counts against inventory records, taking the lead on investigating, explaining, and resolving any quantity and value variances. You will also support the team in periodic reviews of inventory valuation, including obsolescence and net realisable value assessments.
• Commercial Business Partnering Experience: Gain valuable cross-functional experience as you liaise with operational and finance stakeholders to review financial results, delivering clear variance reporting, comprehensive documentation, and corrective journal entries where necessary.
• Future-Focused Analytics: Look ahead by assisting with the monthly re-forecasting narrative and the annual budgeting process, while also building robust KPI tracking models.
• Process Evolution & Problem Solving: Assist with the review of existing finance processes to design and implement continuous improvements that strengthen financial control. We want your fresh ideas to help us build better ways of working!
• Financial Control & Audit Leadership: Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the absolute integrity of the general ledger and financial records. You will lead the preparation of complex year-end reconciliations and audit requests, acting as a primary point of contact for inventory/cost of sales and other supply chain queries throughout all audits.

Commercial Accountant, Supply Chain

Manager

• Compliance and Governance: Maintain and develop the company's data protection strategy, policies, procedure, and compliance framework in line with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and PECR.
• Records and Risk Documentation: Lead and conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), update our Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), conduct Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs) and any other expected activity records.
• Subject Rights Management: Lead and conduct the end-to-end process for Data Subject Access Requests (SARs) and other data subject rights (e.g., erasure, rectification) in a timely and compliant manner.
• Breach Management: Manage the company's data breach response plan, including investigation, reporting, remediation, and communication with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and affected individuals where necessary.
• Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all data privacy matters, providing pragmatic advice to internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of the business.
• Third-Party Risk: Conduct due diligence and manage data protection risks associated with third-party suppliers, including SaaS vendors, finance providers, vehicle dealerships, data brokers, and marketing partners.
• Training and Awareness: Design and deliver engaging data protection training and awareness campaigns across the business to foster a strong privacy-aware culture.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the evolving privacy regulatory landscape and report on the company's compliance posture and risk level.
• ICO Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for the ICO and support the designated Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Data Protection Manager – 6-9 Months FTC, Maternity Cover

• Take ownership of tax matters relating to a defined portfolio of OEGen development funds and their associated structures.
• Support holding structures, and cross-border investment planning in collaboration with the investment team and external advisors.
• Ensure tax considerations are appropriately reflected in documentation, SPV structuring, financing arrangements, and exit planning.
• Oversee the delivery of tax compliance obligations (e.g. corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, local filings) across fund and holding structures in multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and manage local advisors to ensure accurate, timely submissions and full regulatory compliance.
• Maintain oversight of compliance calendars and reporting trackers at both fund and asset-holding levels.
• Support fund & platform finance teams with tax provisioning and financial statement disclosures.
• Review tax-related journal entries and ensure appropriate treatment of current and deferred taxes.
• Oversee the integrity and documentation of tax positions reflected in audited financial statements.
• Maintain robust tax governance frameworks across the relevant funds and structures.
• Oversee tax audits or enquiries by local authorities, managing advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and escalate material tax risks in a commercially informed and pragmatic manner.
• Ensure alignment with OEGen’s broader tax strategy, risk appetite, and governance standards.
• Lead tax workstreams on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, refinancings, and group reorganisations within the relevant funds.
• Review legal and commercial documentation with a tax lens, identifying structuring implications and risk areas.
• Coordinate external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tax aspects of transactions.
• Act as the primary tax point of contact for investment teams, fund finance teams, and portfolio/platform management teams across the relevant funds and their underlying structures.
• Work collaboratively with the wider OEGen Tax Team to ensure consistency of approach, knowledge sharing, and best practice implementation.
• Provide clear, practical tax guidance that balances technical robustness with commercial objectives.

Tax Manager

Associate Product Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead and support group consolidation for a large, multi-entity renewable energy portfolio, including the review of IFRS adjustments
• Prepare IFRS financial statement disclosures for the group and review financial statements prepared by external advisors
• Assist local teams with the complexities of the various loan arrangements and related costs for year-end purposes
• Prepare IFRS 9 financial instrument related documentation for both IFRS and local accounting, including preparation of disclosures for both consolidated and local accounts – VPPAs, interest rate, commodity risk and FX risk derivatives
• Act as a key point of contact for external auditors during the year-end audit
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documentation, and reconciliation packs to assist with the audit
• Resolve audit queries efficiently and support timely audit sign-off
• Coordinate across external finance teams to ensure accurate and complete reporting inputs
• Assist with the review of subsidiary level financial statements
• Use SAP as the primary financial reporting and consolidation tool
• Ensure data integrity, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy within SAP
• Support troubleshooting and process improvements related to SAP financial reporting
• Be a valued business partner and build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Account Manager

• Own and manage relationships with key CPO partners across Europe
• Develop and execute account plans to grow utilisation, coverage, and mutual commercial value
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned CPO partners
• Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders at multiple levels
• Identify, approach, and onboard new CPO partners to expand Electroverse’s network
• Lead commercial negotiations, including roaming agreements, pricing structures, and commercial terms
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities including deeper integrations, exclusive partnerships, and new product initiatives
• Analyse partner performance, utilisation, and commercial metrics to identify growth opportunities

Partnerships Manager

Analyst

• Grid assessment: Map, analyse and model grids across various markets. Analyse and provide insights to inform capex strategy, prioritising non-wire solutions.
• Techno-economic and electrical power flow modelling to define optimal mix of resources against specific objectives (grid constraints, peak profile, LOLE, LCOE etc.)
• Technical assessment of solutions for grid quality and stability issues, with a focus on non-wire solutions (flexibility and BESS).
• Grid development plans: support the team in reviewing and designing grid investment plans or Integrated Resource Plans, for technical sign-off.
• Interconnection: Analyse grid constraints and provide insights on grid connection queues.
