About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the members of the Commercials Pod (three people to date).
Act as a driver of professional development for team members through training and mentoring.
Define the roadmap and ensure the quality of the team's deliverables.
Work closely with the sales teams to understand their needs and translate business requirements into data analytics solutions.
Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of commercial data volumes to create clear, concise dashboards.
Propose and develop data products to support sales growth or customer experience, staying at the forefront of data technologies (e.g., Machine Learning, Generative AI).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, with at least 2 years of team management experience in a similar context.
Strong experience in commercial data analysis, predictive modeling, and reporting.
Academic background in statistics/mathematics/economics, a specialized degree in data, or an engineering degree with a strong interest in data.
Excellent command of data analysis tools (SQL, Python/R).
Experience developing and managing Machine Learning algorithms or using Generative AI.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Metabase or Lightdash preferred).
Knowledge of databases and cloud environments.
Excellent spoken and written English to interact with our international colleagues.
