About the role
- Serve as the administrator and power user of Salesforce, HubSpot, and connected GTM systems, ensuring seamless integrations, automation, and scalability.
- Drive system adoption across Sales and Marketing by building user-friendly workflows, enforcing best practices, and delivering ongoing training.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage revenue technology solutions (e.g., CRM, sales engagement, sales intelligence, BI tools) to support business growth
- Proactive and regular engagement with Sellers and Business Development Reps to ensure data accuracy, hygiene and adherence to qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC and BANT.
- Ensure enterprise-wide data accuracy, enrichment, governance, and compliance across Sales & Marketing systems.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to provide visibility into funnel performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs.
- Partner with leadership to translate data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Design, document, and optimize end-to-end revenue processes — from lead management through renewal — removing bottlenecks and driving conversion efficiency.
- Standardize service level agreements (SLAs) and reporting between Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure process standardization, adoption, and scale across the organization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development to align on revenue processes, metrics, and reporting needs.
- Act as a thought partner to sales leadership on pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue insights.
- Support executive leadership and investor reporting with accurate, timely data and analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in a high-growth, B2B technology or enterprise software.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot; experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft), sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Cognism, 6sense), and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of GTM processes, pipeline management, and revenue operations best practices.
- Proven track record in CRM administration, workflow automation, and data governance.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and training skills, with experience driving adoption of new systems and processes.
