About the role
- Accept new orders on wholesale platforms, assign ship windows, and ensure order accuracy
- Upload packing slips, shipment numbers, and commercial invoices into 3PL systems
- Enter tracking numbers and close orders within required SLAs
- Monitor integrations between wholesale platforms (Ribbon, Faire, Shopify) and resolve import errors
- Process platform credit card charges and ensure fulfillment handoff
- Manually enter and manage large or multi-door direct-to-consumer orders and special payment terms
- Maintain records and ensure timely processing of direct accounts
- Support cross-platform synchronization to reduce errors and delays
- Monitor hold queues and resolve issues such as missing slips or incorrect addresses
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain fulfillment speed
- Provide daily updates and maintain clear communication via Slack
- Support ad hoc data entry projects and operational tasks
- Assist in documenting and improving SOPs and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Background in operations, logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce order management
- Proficiency with Shopify and ability to quickly learn Faire, Ribbon, and 3PL systems
- Detail orientation and ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Strong time management and ability to meet tight SLAs
- Comfort with troubleshooting cross-platform and fulfillment issues
- Clear, responsive communication skills, especially using Slack
- Bonus: Experience with Faire and Ribbon platforms
- Bonus: Familiarity with 3PL workflows and commercial invoice processes
- Bonus: Prior work in wholesale operations or multi-channel retail brands
- Bonus: Experience creating or maintaining SOPs and training documentation
