About the role
- Hiring for a hybrid position in San Jose; spend time in the field and at our Demo Centre hosting customers
- Drive continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers
- Leverage your network in the region to uncover new business, attend events and act as an ambassador for Neat
- Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities and take full ownership of the strategic approach for your area
- Keep updated of market trends and understand competitor landscape and opportunities
- Feed market insight back to the product and development teams, providing a vital 360 degree view of the region’s opportunity
- Act as a trusted colleague within your team, providing mentorship and coaching
- Define, design and iterate sales processes to ready Neat for hyper-growth
Requirements
- Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice
- Regional experience of customers in small and medium sized businesses
- Knowledge of the video conferencing a plus but not a requirement
- Scaling a fast-growth technology business a must
- Designing strategic go-to-market plans
- Developing new business, a track record in growing new business areas
- Energized in fast-paced environments
