About the role

  • Hiring for a hybrid position in San Jose; spend time in the field and at our Demo Centre hosting customers
  • Drive continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers
  • Leverage your network in the region to uncover new business, attend events and act as an ambassador for Neat
  • Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities and take full ownership of the strategic approach for your area
  • Keep updated of market trends and understand competitor landscape and opportunities
  • Feed market insight back to the product and development teams, providing a vital 360 degree view of the region’s opportunity
  • Act as a trusted colleague within your team, providing mentorship and coaching
  • Define, design and iterate sales processes to ready Neat for hyper-growth

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice
  • Regional experience of customers in small and medium sized businesses
  • Knowledge of the video conferencing a plus but not a requirement
  • Scaling a fast-growth technology business a must
  • Designing strategic go-to-market plans
  • Developing new business, a track record in growing new business areas
  • Energized in fast-paced environments
