• You coordinate and manage international development teams across multiple locations (CH, DE, ES, India)
• You are responsible for implementing global ABS software components while accounting for local extensions

• You ensure the highest level of quality assurance through code reviews, unit tests, and system integration tests

• You contribute your enterprise architecture expertise to pre-sales, complex tenders and proposal processes, shaping clients' decision spaces, storylines and investment logic at an early stage
• You coach and coordinate architects in project and sales contexts and actively help expand our architecture community. In doing so, you actively shape the professional direction and maturity of our enterprise architecture practice
