Use expertise in scheduling or project controls to help clients understand nPlan’s results and coach clients to use them to their benefit
Develop deep knowledge of nPlan products and help clients meet their known and unknown needs
Develop and iterate on nPlan-based project controls, scheduling and risk forecasting workflows
Coach clients for optimal product use and ensure smooth onboarding to ongoing support
Build and maintain strong relationships across client organisations and continually assess client satisfaction
Capture points of value, determine customer value, and work with the commercial team to communicate value and drive client retention and expansions
Collaborate with Product & Commercial teams to share market observations, requirements, and nuances
Establish processes and strategy as the first AI Consultant in the US
Requirements
Experience in a client-facing or customer success role, leading strategic projects to improve client experience
Background in project controls or construction management able to understand and work with large construction schedules, analyse them, and communicate analysis results to non-scheduling audiences
Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for delighting customers
Excellent organisational skills; diligence and responsiveness
Comfort in challenging the status quo
