Customer Success Manager

• Provide exceptional support, seamless product integration, and strategic guidance to clients
• Use expertise in scheduling or project controls to help clients understand nPlan’s results and coach clients to use them
• Develop deep knowledge of products and help clients meet their needs
• Develop and iterate on nPlan-based project controls, scheduling and risk forecasting workflows
• Coach clients during onboarding to ongoing support and ensure friction-free client journey
• Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of client organisations
• Continually assess client satisfaction and capture points of value
• Determine value gained by customers and identify expansion opportunities with commercial team
• Travel within North America monthly and internationally once or twice a year for client meetings
