About the role
- Use expertise in scheduling or project controls to help clients understand nPlan’s results and coach clients how to use them
- Develop a deep knowledge of nPlan products and help clients meet their needs
- Develop and iterate on nPlan-based project controls, scheduling and risk forecasting workflows
- Coach clients to optimally use the product and ensure smooth onboarding to ongoing support
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the client organisation
- Assess client satisfaction and enhance their experience, capturing points of value
- Take ownership of determining value gained by the customer during engagement
- Identify areas to expand and improve offering and raise with commercial team
- Work with commercial team to communicate value to stakeholders to retain clients and drive expansions
Requirements
- Strong background in Project Planning, Risk, or Project Controls
- Strong, in-depth experience in the planning and/or delivery of major infrastructure projects
- Experience in a client-facing or customer success role, leading strategic projects to improve client experience
- Background in project controls or construction management to a degree that you can understand and work with large construction schedules, analyse them, and communicate your analysis results to non-scheduling audiences
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Comfort in challenging the status quo in customers
- Eye for detail
