💰 $90,000 - $115,000 per year
About the role
- Provide exceptional support, seamless product integration, and strategic guidance to clients
- Use expertise in scheduling or project controls to help clients understand nPlan’s results and coach clients to use them
- Develop deep knowledge of products and help clients meet their needs
- Develop and iterate on nPlan-based project controls, scheduling and risk forecasting workflows
- Coach clients during onboarding to ongoing support and ensure friction-free client journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of client organisations
- Continually assess client satisfaction and capture points of value
- Determine value gained by customers and identify expansion opportunities with commercial team
- Travel within North America monthly and internationally once or twice a year for client meetings
Requirements
- Strong background in project controls, construction scheduling, construction management, or project execution roles
- Experience in a client-facing or customer success role, leading strategic projects to improve client experience
- Ability to understand and work with large construction schedules and communicate them to non-scheduling audiences
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills, diligence and responsiveness
- Comfort in challenging the status quo in customers
- Eye for detail
