About the role
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and business objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly
- Oversee the delivery of services and products to clients, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, manage client requests, and ensure timely and efficient service
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and drive revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred, high school or equivalent required
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving business growth in the payment industry
- Experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role
