Leverage keyword and competitor research to formulate a content calendar for each of our clients.
Own email, SMS, and other retention programs to nurture users throughout the customer journey.
Segment audiences and create personalized campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Build automated flows and test messaging strategies for maximum impact.
Creating multi-channel brand awareness strategies for a variety of clients and NoGood.
Experimenting with different content creation styles (from video to copy) and bringing your unique POV into the mix.
Analyzing and reporting on content performance across multiple social platforms to regularly inform strategy.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Social (Meta platforms, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, etc.)
Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Search (Google ads and Bing ads)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRO.
Hands-to-keyboard experience managing campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and ongoing optimization to hit CPA, ROAS, and other growth goals.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve conversion rates and user acquisition funnels.
Spent at least 7 figures in ad spend ($1 million - $10 million minimum) across your career.
Expertise with the intersection of paid, owned and earned media in social and search campaign orchestration.
Minimum 3+ years in SEO, content strategy, search marketing, or growth roles (AEO/GEO experience a major plus).
Ability to think at both the technical (structured data, AI crawlers, entity SEO) and strategic (brand narrative, growth) levels.
Experience with Google Custom Search, Google Search Console and Google Analytics and experience creating and maintaining project schedules using project management systems.
Experience using Screaming Frog, SEMRush, MOZ, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
Adequate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
1+ years of content marketing in driving high volume of organic traffic growth (big plus if you also have SEO experience!).
Strong editorial background that enables you to review, optimize and publish content at a fast pace.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities for creating data-driven content insights.

Experience running A/B and multivariate tests and using data to inform optimization.
Knowledge of user journey mapping, customer segmentation, and behavioral triggers.
Minimum 3+ years experience building engaged brand communities on social media channels including Meta, TikTok, X, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.
A good pulse on the language of the Internet and understanding of the subcultures/trends of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
Strong copywriting skills when it comes to both long and short-form copy.
Experience working with or managing content creators.
