Requirements

7+ years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in demand generation and eCommerce
Proven success driving pipeline growth and eCommerce KPIs like RoAS and AOV
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Salesforce, and a basic understanding of Marketo or similar platforms
Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfortable with Looker Studio or similar tools
Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
