About the role
- Identify and execute opportunities for client expansions, upsells, and renewals
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop strategies that increase product adoption and revenue growth within existing accounts
- Develop and lead product adoption strategies that drive engagement and usage across Carefeed’s platform
- Create and maintain client health reporting dashboards to proactively monitor satisfaction, usage, and risk indicators
- Serve as a strategic partner to Client Experience Specialists, in aligning client operational goals with Carefeed's solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in client success, growth strategy, or customer analytics (SaaS preferred)
