Customer Success Manager

• Guide clients through implementation and onboarding, ensuring they feel confident and supported
• Lead new clients through the full implementation and onboarding process—including platform setup, configuration, and hands-on training
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and confirm users are confident navigating the system
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client communities, providing high-level support and resolving questions during onboarding
• Develop and customize initial platform solutions to align with each client’s specific needs and workflows

Client Experience Specialist – Onboarding

Support Engineer

• Solve client issues. Your primary day-to-day responsibility will be to act as escalation support for Carefeed’s client experience team. Investigate and fix client issues as they arise.
• Design and implement tools and fixes. Build tools to help you and the rest of the Carefeed team detect client issues or prevent them before they arise.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding clients. Assist in the technical setup of new clients as needed. As with client issues, you’ll be encouraged to develop tooling to automate this.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clients and Carefeed team members to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, sharing insights and feedback to strengthen processes, systems, and team collaboration.

Client Experience Specialist

Growth Marketing

• Identify and execute opportunities for client expansions, upsells, and renewals
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop strategies that increase product adoption and revenue growth within existing accounts
• Develop and lead product adoption strategies that drive engagement and usage across Carefeed’s platform
• Create and maintain client health reporting dashboards to proactively monitor satisfaction, usage, and risk indicators
• Serve as a strategic partner to Client Experience Specialists, in aligning client operational goals with Carefeed's solutions

Growth Architect

Data Engineer

• Design, build and operate Carefeed’s core data infrastructure, with an eye towards simplicity, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create tools and resources for application development teams to build incredible products on top of Carefeed’s data.
• Drive safe and effective data management practices while also contributing to engineering team productivity. For example, how can we make it easy for engineers to develop and test against production-like data without taking HIPAA-scoped information out of our secure environment?
• Respond to production incidents, contribute to blameless postmortems, and continuously improve system reliability.
• Collaborate across engineering, product and business operations teams as an data systems expert.

Senior Data Engineer

• Guide new clients through implementation and setup of Carefeed’s solutions, ensuring smooth transition and effective platform use
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client communities, offering high-level assistance and resolving issues
• Create and customize communication templates, questionnaires, and calendars tailored to client needs
• Digitize and manage client documentation using Adobe and DocuSign to facilitate e-signature workflows within Carefeed
• Monitor client engagement with monthly usage reports, regular “Carefeed Check-ins,” and success reviews to assess activity and satisfaction
• Collaborate with Client Experience team to refine processes and establish onboarding, training, and support best practices
