About the role
- Partner with the Head of Company to drive strategy, daily sales energy, lead activation, and strategic follow-through
- Participate in short daily standups or Slack syncs to set focus + action
- Ensure every rep is in motion, calls, follow-up, energy visible
- Pull leadership in only to validate thinking and when a decision involves long-term positioning, pricing, or risk
- Monitor the pipeline in real time to spot stuck or inactive deals
- Activate 'move now' plans, text, invite, reframe, escalate
- Bridge marketing - sales - partnerships - events - operations seamlessly.
Requirements
- Experience in sales leadership, revenue operations, or sales activation roles
- Startup or agency background is ideal
- Ability to track momentum metrics (show rate, speed-to-lead, follow-up depth, etc.)
- Must be authorized to work in one of the specified U.S. States.
- Must have a permanent address.
