The Clinical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients across the Northeast region, with potential travel to other locations as business needs arise.
Execute Clinical Sales Strategy and Lead Program Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, fostering their professional development and ensuring their alignment with the company’s sales objectives.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the clinical applications of our robotic lung navigation system.
Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing our technology for optimal patient outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering ongoing support, guidance, and solutions to enhance their experience and success with our products.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the field of respiratory medicine.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the clinical sales team.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred.
Minimum of 3 years people management experience.
Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting.
Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously.
Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities.
Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.
