• As a Regional Sales Manager at Noah Medical, you own the commercial success of the Galaxy system within your assigned territory, including achieving annual sales goals and MBOs in your region.
• You spend your time prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities, advancing complex hospital sales cycles, and building momentum across clinical and executive stakeholders.
• On any given week, you’re engaging surgeons, administrators, and economic buyers in person at their workplace to understand their needs, align on value, and move opportunities forward — from early discovery through capital approval and contract execution.
• You balance near-term execution with longer-term territory strategy, ensuring a healthy pipeline while driving consistent progress on active deals.
• You work closely with internal partners across Clinical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Contracting, and Field Service to deliver a coordinated customer experience and ensure successful handoffs following system installation.
• This is a highly visible, externally focused role that requires strong judgment, adaptability, and ownership. You’ll be expected to represent Noah Medical professionally in the field, contribute to shared learnings across the sales organization, and play an active role in shaping how we bring Galaxy to market.
