About the role
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in territory restoration to support Academic Operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess, prepare, and restore services for IP and DFC placements within underperforming territories
- Act as the primary liaison for clinical agencies, negotiating, renewing, and maintaining affiliation agreements
- Manage cross-functional transition from initial restoration efforts to long-term partner engagement
- Develop and maintain open communication channels between Nightingale College and existing or dormant partners to foster re-engagement
- Research and identify new potential partnerships in failing or underserved regions
- Update and maintain accurate partner interaction records, agreements, and documentation in CRM and SharePoint
- Prepare and distribute professional communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Collect and analyze partner feedback to recommend and implement process improvements
- Contribute to functional strategy discussions and advise on expansion opportunities in failing regions
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated at least four years of experience in business-to-business sales or relationship management
- Experience in healthcare or education setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare systems and operations in acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings
- Demonstrated superior communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal relationship skills
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, transparency, responsibility, and respect
- Demonstrated superior technical skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook and SharePoint and the Customer Resource Management (CRM) database
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Demonstrated ability to produce proactive, high-quality work with minimal supervision
