Drive renewals and minimize churn by building trusted, long-term relationships with decision makers.
Identify and execute expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) to grow account revenue.
Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing value.
Provide customer insights and feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to physicians and healthcare leaders, partnering to eliminate administrative burdens and transform care delivery.
First-month focus: ramp up on Sully.ai’s product, build relationships, conduct account health checks, and develop joint onboarding/adoption strategies with Customer Success.
90-day success OKRs: achieve at minimum 10% gross retention across assigned accounts; identify expansion opportunities; establish executive-level relationships with key decision makers in 100% of accounts.
Requirements
3+ years in account management, customer success, or post-sales relationship management.
Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion goals.
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with executive presence.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Experience working with healthcare organizations and physician groups. (Nice-to-Have)
Familiarity with EHR systems, healthcare SaaS, or workflow automation. (Nice-to-Have)
Background in both retention- and growth-focused account management. (Nice-to-Have)
