About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve client issues and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to address product specifications and timelines
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within specified timeframes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product range and services to provide accurate information
- Handle and document customer feedback and provide insights for service improvements
- Assist in development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Upsell clients on orders by developing an understanding of their needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or inside sales role, ideally in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle client relationships effectively
- Detail-oriented with capacity for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with ability to work independently when needed
- Ability to upsell clients and understand client needs
- Ability to work US-based hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST)
- Must be located in the United States (From anywhere in the USA)
