About the role

  • Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong initial relationship
  • Work closely with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting and seamless tax preparation
  • Provide comprehensive tax preparation services and client-focused support

Requirements

  • Prior experience in tax preparation, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations
  • Strong experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, and the Microsoft Suite
  • Detail-oriented, calm, and adaptable professional
  • Availability 5 days a week during core hours (9-5 EST)
  • Ability to work virtually
