About the role
- Provide customer support through email and chat in Spanish and English
- Resolve inquiries, offer clear guidance, and follow company protocols
- Document interactions accurately using internal tools
- Work with a diverse, international team in a tech-focused environment
- Support channels: Email & Chat only (no phone calls)
- Work rotating shifts (including possible nights)
Requirements
- Portuguese native or fluent speaker living near Porto
- Customer service experience (email/chat support preferred)
- Intermediate Spanish (B2-C1)
- Intermediate English (B2)
- Available immediately and flexible to work rotating shifts including nights
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated
