About the role
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions
- Deliver a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty
- Manage cases efficiently using various internal tools and systems
- Actively contribute to a motivated, collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Good level of English (B2) for internal communication
- Strong customer service orientation, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with computer tools and multitasking
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Right to work in Portugal (EU passport or Portuguese residence permit)
- Performance bonus: monthly bonus of 10–15% depending on the project
- Meal allowance: approximately €7.23 per working day (via meal card)
