About the role

  • Provide outstanding customer support to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service (mandatory)
  • Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not required
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written)
  • Candidates must already reside in Portugal (North to South)
  • Candidates cannot have previously worked for this client in another BPO
