About the role
- Provide outstanding customer support to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Assist customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (mandatory)
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not required
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Candidates must already reside in Portugal (North to South)
- Candidates cannot have previously worked for this client in another BPO
