About the role
- Helping customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Resolving queries with speed, care, and consistency
- Supporting back-office operations (order updates, supplier coordination, admin)
- Collaborating with team members via Slack and shared platforms
- Contributing to quality, compliance, and performance goals
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Own PC/Laptop (Minimum of Core i3 Latest Gen and 8GB RAM)
- Stable Internet and back up connection
- Based in the Philippines
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centres preferred
- Zendesk experience is a plus
- Willingness to work UK business hours (mid shift) and weekends/holidays
- Clear communicator with a calm, customer-first mindset
- Tech-confident and ready to learn
