- Role Title: New Supplier Manager — Team: Purchase Ledger
- Purpose: To be responsible for the management and set up of new Suppliers, ensuring efficient and accurate payment of supplier invoices for the managed portfolio
- Reporting line: Reports to Head Of Purchase Ledger

Requirements
- 1 year of experience of working in a similar role
- Purchase Ledger systems knowledge
- Well organised and self motivated, able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels
- Effective PC skills, ideally including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages
- Proactive, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the role
- Liaising with property managers, facilities managers, surveyors and client accountants as appropriate
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Reporting to the Head Of Purchase Ledger on a regular basis and keeping them informed on relevant issues
- Day to day management of the new Supplier function
- Validation of bank and CIS details with Suppliers
- Maintaining control of new Suppliers, tracking receipt, validation and set up
- Maintaining BI model/master supplier module on a daily basis
