Seasonal Customer Care Representative responsible for addressing customer enquiries, issues, and providing advice and support via phone, email & live chat.
Fixed-term contract from October 2025 to February 2026 to cover peak period.
Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in-office for full-time roles.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
