About the role

  • Be the first point of contact for customers who are at the start of their claim journey.
  • Handle calls related to home emergencies or substantial damage that could lead to property claims.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service office environment
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
  • Willingness to learn and train in Sedgwick specific processes and systems
