About the role
- Be the first point of contact for customers who are at the start of their claim journey.
- Handle calls related to home emergencies or substantial damage that could lead to property claims.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service office environment
- Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
- Willingness to learn and train in Sedgwick specific processes and systems
