About the role
- Define integrated national demand strategy and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and opportunities within target audience
- Report to the Manager, Demand Programs and partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and Sales teams
- Lead strategy and proactive quarterly planning of demand marketing activations across channels to achieve marketing-sourced pipeline targets
- Execute campaigns and optimizations to drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline
- Project manage and execute demand generation activations including webinars, content, direct mail, and email nurture campaigns end-to-end
- Measure campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to improve future campaign performance
- Run data-informed experiments to uplevel campaigns
- Partner with Sales and SDRs on campaigns to maximize impact on marketing sourced bookings
Requirements
- At least 3 years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of being one part strategist, one part executor
- Demonstrated understanding of the MarTech landscape; ability to learn and implement tools (e.g., chat, ABM, event platforms)
- Experience leveraging multiple digital channels including paid media
- Extremely data-driven and committed to experimenting to improve and optimize programs
- Strong project management and entrepreneurial skills to work independently on complex projects
- Strong writing skills and experience creating content for emails, ads, webpages, and other marketing collateral built for conversion
- Meticulously organized with an ability to work and demonstrate grace under pressure
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can move forward in this environment
- Experience enabling sales teams with resources and communication to be successful
