About the role
- Manage and enhance partnerships with key distributor clients in North America, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key global accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, becoming a trusted advisor
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to address client needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth and innovation
- Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction
- Track and report on account performance metrics and act as client advocate within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a global setting
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients globally, up to 25%
