About the role
- Internal title: Business Impact Lead; part of Business Impact team in NYC
- Take ownership of non-technical development, focusing on delivering impactful solutions for customers
- Drive development of innovative solutions that deliver business outcomes and enable faster, more efficient processes
- Ensure future products align with and exceed client expectations; act as bridge between customers and development teams
- Full accountability for projects; foster transparent and honest communication internally and externally
- Actively seek and provide constructive feedback; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master or MBA degree
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Business, and/or Product Management
- SaaS experience
- Experience working with large enterprise Pharma customers (Fortune Global 500/Big Pharma/Pharma 50)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with senior management of large corporations
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Independent worker able to take responsibility that timelines are met
- Strategic thinking (look at the bigger picture) and ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly
