About the role
- Internal title: Business Impact Lead, part of Business Impact team in NYC
- Take ownership of non-technical development, focusing on delivering impactful solutions for customers
- Drive the development of innovative solutions that give business outcomes, enabling faster and more efficient processes
- Ensure future products align with and exceed expectations of clients, acting as a bridge between customers and development teams
- Full accountability for projects, foster transparent and honest communication internally and externally
- Actively seek and provide constructive feedback
- Work hybrid in NYC office 2-3 days per week
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master or MBA degree
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business, Consulting, and/or Product Management
- Ideally some knowledge in the software /tech related area
- Experience working with Finance functions - knowledgeable of finance structures and drivers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior management of large Pharma corporations
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Independent worker and able to take responsibility that timelines are met
- Strategic thinker, able to see the bigger picture
- Able to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly
