About the role

  • Act as link between Malt's clients and consultants, translating business needs into candidate profiles
  • Understand clients' challenges and identify best freelancer/consultant matches
  • Find, pitch, and support winning projects for Malt
  • Build proactive relationships with sales and customers; work closely with sales team
  • Advise clients on writing strong technical briefings
  • Conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers/consultants
  • Be expert on Malt algorithm and best practices
  • Advise freelancers on profile building and interview training
  • Work hands-on in fast-paced environment, perform duties outside remit when needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, recruitment or project management
  • Deep understanding of at least one of tech/IT profiles, consulting, or creative skills (ideally)
  • Experience in fast-growing B2B environment or agency and managed major client accounts (ideally)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to adapt
  • Ability to go beyond own goals and add value to team and organisation
