• Support the faculty in all phases including credentialing, recruitment, on-boarding and compliance
• Assist with management and delivery of faculty affairs and human resources services

• Manage and execute minor construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across a multi-building portfolio
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and compliance
• Manage contracts, change orders, permits, and project documentation
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and internal teams; lead meetings, resolve issues, and provide regular progress reports
• Support facilities operations by managing maintenance activities, infrastructure issues, and preventive service programs
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (e.g., ADA, OSHA, building codes) and assist with emergency preparedness
• Supervise vendors, consultants, and staff to drive performance and cost efficiency

• Manage sponsored research funds for the department of Translational Research Center.
• Develop and prepare grant budget projections and recommendations.
• Monitor and approve expenditures and subcontracts.
• Assist faculty principal investigators in financial decisions related to grants.
