About the role
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships across Spain, focusing on Barcelona and the Catalan market
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines
- Reach out to new prospects through multichannel (cold calls, emails, etc.) to create collaborations and expand the network
- Analyze territory/market potential, track sales, and provide regular performance reports
- Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and product/service opportunities
- Monitor competitors to identify market trends on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Meet clients in person at office or external locations to strengthen relationships and discuss collaborations
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (written and spoken)
- Good level of English
- Proactive and sales-oriented mindset with strong focus on achieving targets
- Ability to analyze numbers and metrics to drive sales performance
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
