About the role

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships across Spain, focusing on Barcelona and the Catalan market
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines
  • Reach out to new prospects through multichannel (cold calls, emails, etc.) to create collaborations and expand the network
  • Analyze territory/market potential, track sales, and provide regular performance reports
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and product/service opportunities
  • Monitor competitors to identify market trends on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
  • Meet clients in person at office or external locations to strengthen relationships and discuss collaborations

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in an e-commerce setting
  • Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (written and spoken)
  • Good level of English
  • Proactive and sales-oriented mindset with strong focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to analyze numbers and metrics to drive sales performance
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
