About the role

  • Identify and research potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Initiate and manage meaningful conversations with prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve processes
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data
  • Suggest new ideas for lead generation, outreach campaigns, and strategies to enhance results

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in sales (outsourcing firm experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools; ability to learn new systems and processes with ease
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Comfortable with rejection, and motivated to iterate and improve based on feedback
