• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to support strategic decision-making.

Lead marketing efforts to understand multiple business unit solutions, customer base, segmentation, addressable market, target industries, product, and service offerings.
Define both product and vertically oriented go-to market strategies spanning cross-practice, cross-market initiatives to differentiate Net at Work and its solutions.
Create campaign visions and integrate marketing plans with business unit stakeholders.
Engage and collaborate with in-house creative and marketing execution team and leverage agile principles to create and execute marketing campaigns.
Oversee development of channel activation plans, buyer personas, client target strategy and customer journey maps by persona to broaden awareness, deepen engagement, and drive leads/pipeline.
Directly engage with practice leaders, client experience leaders, executive team members, partner managers, and other stakeholders on campaign planning and execution.
Incorporate corporate messaging, value propositions and content to develop cross company, client focused marketing assets and co-branded content.
Determine market segmentation and trends, buyer profiles and personas, and purchase triggers to create compelling stories for campaign execution.
Lead market analysis (competitive, trends and white space opportunities) and make recommendations to business stakeholders.
Recommend content strategy deployment including derivative content and channels.
Be accountable for helping achieve quality lead goals and achieve KPIs through end-to-end marketing activities.
Segment and validate target markets and define ideal customer profile to position cross-country and partner solutions.

Marketing Manager, Brand and Client

Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals.
Lead a consultative sales cycle to create solutions to the prospect’s business problems.
Curiously conduct advanced discovery calls to identify problems, impacts of problems, ideal solutions, and benefits to solving the problems.
Engage appropriate team members and necessary resources to demonstrate and review products and services for a prospect’s ideal solution.
Be actively involved in creation and delivery of custom presentations and product demonstrations for qualified customers with assigned solution engineer and supporting team.
Develop mutual success plans with prospects to effectively and efficiently progress a prospect through their buying journey.

Inside Sales

• Lead a team of Inside Sales Executives to grow revenue within existing client base and convert organizations using products into active service clients
• Hire, onboard, and mentor Inside Sales Executives to achieve high levels of performance and engagement; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development; conduct 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
• Develop and execute sales strategies for upsell, cross-sell, and product-based client conversion
• Align team activity to overall company revenue goals and client experience initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to support campaign and conversion efforts
• Monitor team KPIs and sales metrics to ensure quota attainment across the team; use CRM and reporting tools to manage forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, and activity metrics; implement improvement plans when performance gaps are identified
• Guide team efforts to research and engage organizations using products we represent but not our services; track conversion efforts and measure success rates and pipeline contribution from these accounts
• Ensure sales processes are consistently followed and refined for efficiency and effectiveness; drive best practices in CRM usage, forecasting, and reporting; maintain high standards for data quality and opportunity management
