About the role
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and investments.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or CFA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems or BI tools preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
