Actively prospect for Managed and Professional Services opportunities to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to assess their needs and uncover additional opportunities
Deliver impactful presentations and whiteboard demonstrations that align our services with client goals
Leverage consultative selling techniques to identify client needs, propose solutions, and negotiate terms to close Managed Services contracts
Nurture new accounts, providing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing client base
Set and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and maintain a minimum pipeline of qualified opportunities
Drive sales within our existing customer base of over 5,000 clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of proven success selling to SMB and mid-market clients, with expertise in IT Managed Services and Professional Services
Knowledge of or experience with technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Server, Exchange, Citrix, VMware, Cisco, SAN/LAN/WAN, and wireless solutions
Demonstrated success in applying consultative selling techniques, both independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to exceed sales quotas, ideally within the NY Tri-State area, with verifiable results
