About the role

  • Manage the implementation of MGK’s sales and marketing strategy at the territory level.
  • Aggressively sell MGK products in the marketplace by working directly with pest management professionals, distributors, and strategic market influencers.
  • Independent implementation of strategies and tactics aimed at growing sales and market share in defined territory.
  • Weekly call reports and Sales call planning at least two weeks out.
  • Manage the MGK sales process with territory accounts and present business fit proposals.
  • Create internal and external presentations utilizing PowerPoint and other media.
  • Achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous outside sales experience within the pest control industry is absolutely required.
  • High school degree or G.E.D. required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Agriculture
  • Demonstrated skills at consultative selling, building and maintaining customer relationships for the long-term.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
