About the role
- Manage the implementation of MGK’s sales and marketing strategy at the territory level.
- Aggressively sell MGK products in the marketplace by working directly with pest management professionals, distributors, and strategic market influencers.
- Independent implementation of strategies and tactics aimed at growing sales and market share in defined territory.
- Weekly call reports and Sales call planning at least two weeks out.
- Manage the MGK sales process with territory accounts and present business fit proposals.
- Create internal and external presentations utilizing PowerPoint and other media.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous outside sales experience within the pest control industry is absolutely required.
- High school degree or G.E.D. required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Agriculture
- Demonstrated skills at consultative selling, building and maintaining customer relationships for the long-term.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
