Manage the implementation of MGK’s sales and marketing strategy at the territory level.
Aggressively sell MGK products in the marketplace by working directly with pest management professionals, distributors, and strategic market influencers.
Independent implementation of strategies and tactics aimed at growing sales and market share in defined territory.
Weekly call reports and Sales call planning at least two weeks out.
Manage the MGK sales process with territory accounts and present business fit proposals.
Create internal and external presentations utilizing PowerPoint and other media.
Achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
3+ years of previous outside sales experience within the pest control industry is absolutely required.
High school degree or G.E.D. required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Agriculture
Demonstrated skills at consultative selling, building and maintaining customer relationships for the long-term.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
