About the role
- Support the Continuous Improvement Champion in delivering the center's continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
- Partner and support Process Optimizers/Market Account Leads to deliver service improvement and productivity initiatives
- Deliver Monthly Coaching, Project Teams and Operations Review Coaching and Assessment
- Support teams in identification of service improvement, automation and dashboarding initiatives
- Deliver common approach to achieving service improvement and process efficiencies through CI methodologies
- Embed CI mindset and support CI capability building across the Center
- Drive CI culture: run Go See Think Do, CI Awareness Campaigns, manage logistics for CI trainings, design CI Rewards & Recognition Programs
- Act as SPOC for Center Project Governance and Monthly Operational Reporting Dashboard
Requirements
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Must have a Green / Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the deployment of Continuous Improvement initiatives / projects
- Experience in Supply Chain, Finance and/or HR functions
- Experience working with remote and multi-cultural teams, with track record for culture sensitivity and delivery despite differences
- Prior experience in managing complex Business Transformations
- Expert in stakeholder management highly adept to handle deployment processes
- Knowledgeable on analytic data tools (e.g. Power BI)
